1988
We completed our first residential projects in Badlapur and Dombivli, covering 1,56,000 Sq Ft and laying the foundation for growth.
1995
Five residential projects were completed in Badlapur, expanding our reach to 3,56,000 Sq Ft and solidifying our reputation.
2000
We entered Navi Mumbai and completed 9 residential projects in Badlapur, growing to 8,35,000 Sq Ft and building stronger ties with communities.
2005
With 6 more residential projects in Badlapur and Navi Mumbai, we reached 16,50,000 Sq Ft, creating homes that were more than just buildings.
2010
We expanded to Modasa, Gujarat, completing 5 projects across Badlapur, Navi Mumbai, and Gujarat, covering 35,50,000 Sq Ft.
2015
We completed 8 residential projects in Badlapur, Navi Mumbai, and Modasa, reaching 55,50,000 Sq Ft and marking a new era of growth.
