    1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

    2. Outbound calling on data provided through lead generation activities..

    3. Explain about project details, Day to day interactions with the Customers related to project

    4. Lead/ Data management and updation

    5. Follow-up with customers on regular basis & scheduling site visits

    6. Need daily calls Report.

    Job Description –

    1. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and convert enquires into sales
    2. Coordinating with customers & brokers for generate sales
    3. Explain the project details to customer and negotiating with price to close the deal.
    4. Tie-ups with channel partners
    5. Need to achieve monthly Sales Target
    6. Follow up calling
    7. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
    8. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    9. Collection of documents from customer & process loans
    10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

    Job Description –

    1. To prepare Agreements, Demand letter, NOC, Receipts, Possession letter etc.
    2. Regular follow-up for payments with clients.
    3. Maintain customer database.
    4. Responsible for attending and recording client complaints
    5. Coordinate with the bank for obtaining NOC & Payment outstanding
    6. Guide the customer through the sale deed, payment of stamp duty and coordinate for registration with the agent
    7. Update records in register
    8. Managing End to end Registration process for Upcoming Site
    9. Handling customer queries related to maintenance of sites through e-mail, telephone etc
    10. Communicate and Coordinate within internal departments
    11. Liaise with sales team for status updation of the project
    12. MIS reporting to management
    13. Ensuring timely collection of receivables
